EinfachAI is a senior-led AI automation and e-commerce engineering studio for German-speaking businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. We combine more than 15 years of hands-on software development in complex IT architectures with practical agentic AI work since 2023, preferring well-defined workflows over all-powerful agents.

What we do:
- AI automation and agents: we design and implement a clearly scoped workflow, connect the systems it needs (documents, browser, knowledge bases, APIs) and define measurement, approvals and operations.
- The API gap: where supplier or legacy interfaces are missing, locked or uneconomical, autonomous browser and desktop agents move the data reliably.
- The routine trap: specialised internal assistants extract invoice and product data from unstructured PDFs straight into ERP, CRM or PIM systems.
- Shopware development and maintenance: migrations, performance tuning, core infrastructure and long-term care of existing shop systems, including ERP, PIM and warehouse integrations.
- Digital Product Passport (DPP): architecture, storage and integration of DPP data structures with Shopware, PIM and ERP, plus preparation for AI-driven commerce.
